Purchased wedding pictures from the Company Catherine Alexander Photography was promised roughly 600 photographs from the wedding day on a disk drive along with my bridal photos. (Which is also stated on his web page.) Three months after the wedding I did not have any photos or any response from the owner so I wrote an email asking where the photos where. He stated his computer was stolen and he was behind but the pictures where ok and backed up. After and additional month or so I got a scan disk with 357 photos and no bridal photos. I sent an email to the owner and photographer stating I was not please and this was not what I had paid for. The disk had an error as well when you open the pictures. He responded and stated he would fix the issues I had. I do not have the bridal photos at all because he deleted the digital file he sent to me in an email before the wedding.Product_Or_Service: photosDesired SettlementI would like to recieve the photos I was promised. If in fact he was not correct and the photo were lost stolen or whatever, then I would like a refund. I would really prefer the photos since it was my wedding day. If he is not able to give anymore photos then I believe the bill should be prorated for half and the would be a fair refund. I would like a disk of my bridal portaits as well. I will sending it to her next week.Consumer Response The owner and operator did in fact email me and stated he would fix the matter and send me additional photos in February. However it is now April 6th and now heard nothing. This is the same issue I had with the company last time the owner would promise to do something and would not follow thru with the promise / product that I paid him for. Thank you again for any help. It will be a year in June from my wedding and only want what I paid for
