I would not recommend anyone to do business with these people I ordered a mother's day bouquet from them They ended up delivering two bouquets to her and when we notified them that they made a mistake they told us to keep the second bouquet and there would be no charge But then when I got my credit card statement they had double billed me I called them twice, and both times was told the owner was out of town, and that she would call me, but no one ever called me back My Mom also attempted to call, with the same results We waited a few weeks and yesterday my Mom tried to call again She was told the owner was out of town and put on hold for minutes Finally she hung up and called again and again was put on hold So, she decided to go down there When she walked into the establishment the clerk told her that if she didn't leave she was going to call the police as my Mom (who is years old) was "harassing" them on the phone She then called my Mom a liar and said that I never called them, and also that I lied about being double billed I have the credit card statement to prove it I am absolutely appalled at how my Mom was treated yesterday

The absolute WORST consumer experience I have ever hadI ordered flowers for my wife for Mothers Day that were going to be a gift from our childrenThey called me the day after I ordered the flowers and told me the tulips I wanted they could not provide, but they would make a nice arrangement for my wifeThen on Mothers Day - NOTHINGNo Flowers Arrived at all
I called times on Mothers Day when it became clear that the flowers were not coming, and each call was received by a different third party operator, and each operator told me that the flower shop would call me first thing in the morning to rectify the matterThe next day - No Call At All
I then called more times that day, and again was told by different operators that they would leave a message for the shop to call, and again No Call At All
I finally sent an email to the shop indicating that I would seek legal action if I did not get a response and refundThey emailed back the FOLLOWING day and simply said, "we will send refund, we didn't work yesterday"No apologies for not sending the flowersNo "how can we make this up to you"No regret at all for ruining my children's gift to their mom on Mothers DayAND - they didn't refund me that day
I emailed again the day after that stating I had not received my refund, and again they emailed and simply said "we will refund"..and AGAIN, no refund
Finally when I threatened once more on the next FOLLOWING day that I will seek legal action if I do not get my refund, they finally refunded my money without any further communicationThis is by far the WORST form of customer service and customer care that I have ever seen or experiencedI would NEVER EVER treat a consumer or client with as much disregard and disrespect as this shop has shown me

I order flowers from this company online through FDT flowers on 10/20/I requested he arrangement to be delivered on 10/to a residents home so they could take the arrangement to a viewing for my uncles funeralThe flowers did not arrive on 10/at all I called FDT florist customer service line at in the morning and the rep.stated that she would have someone call me I received no call I spoke to my relative in AZ to see if the flowers came and she said yes about an hour ago I requested she send a picture to me of the arrangement and half of the blooms weren't open and some of the flowers were wilted and the arrangement looked like it was just thrown together as an after thought Oh, yeah we need to do this online order
Called FDT florist customer service line again and made my complaint to the company FDT was willing to discount my original order and have another arrangement sent out to the residents and they stated that the florist would contact me either Sunday or Monday on 10/well it is now half way through the work day and guess what no call from the florist I will never use an FDT Florist again or at least Catherine's floral in Queen Creek, AZ, there customer service is terrible

I was pretty disappointed in this Florist My granddaughter is new to Casa Grande and had to have emergency surgery I went on the website but called the florist direct so I could establish a florist and express what I had in mind for a get well bouquet The lady was really nice and we discussed the arrangement and it was scheduled to be delivered the next day The same evening, I got a call on my answering machine from someone but couldn't understand the message and neither could my husband It was late so the next day I called the number on my caller ID I talked to Laura and she said there had been a problem with the computer and my credit card only showed the last digets or something so I gave her all my information again and we discussed the flower arrangement again I wanted something very cheerful and a cute container She suggested a smiley face and I agreed I asked if they would still be delivered today She said no problem They were on their way to pick up supplies and would get them out as soon as she got back My granddaughter was in a great deal of pain and I wanted the flowers so she could see them and know we were thinking about her About 6:pm I called my daughter to see if the flowers had arrived and she said no I called the number back and got Laura's answering machine I left a message that since they were not delivered as promised to just cancel the order and refund my money I was just going to have my daughter go get some flowers from us Sometime between 10:and 11:my daughter walked out to get something out of her car and there were flowers sitting there Nobody rang the doorbell and had it not been for her going out to the car, no one would have even known they were there They weren't there at 9:when she was outside taking the dogs for a walk They were pink roses in a pink vase with a pink index card with my message They were nice but not what I really ordered and I don't think the quality of what I paid for them I think she forgot and just went and purchased some flowers and made a quick arrangement I realize sometimes things get messed up and things happen, but the proper thing to do would have been to call me and tell me she forgot and was sorry, but would get a nice arrangement and to her first thing in the morning I would have understood It is just poor customer service to make a mistake and not admit it and contact the customer and give them the option of going ahead with the delivery the next day or give the option to cancel I guess customer is a thing of the past sad to say Having been in customer service for years during my career I can't understand businesses today Everything seems to be a hassle for customers nowdays

Someone was home and even took off the next day from work to receive the delivery and nobody still showed up, my assumption would be that this Florist is located in Queen Creek and the recipient lives in Buckeye that's an hour and ten minutes away from each other so I believe they didn't want to drive all that way to deliver the flowers and when I called they lied and said they delivered the flowersThe florist company could have called me or left a tag on the door to let the recipient know they tried to deliver.

A friend of mine ordered a floral arrangement for meIt was not delivered when they said it would beI finally got it the next afternoonMy friend paid $for what was suppose to be a floral basketWhat I got was a small glass vase with three branches of a small lavender daisy type flowerThere's about or blooms per branchThere's seven little tiny pink carnations and three little stiff kind of fernThis thing probably cost $at a grocery storeIn the same delivery I got what was suppose to be a fall arrangement, from my cousinsWhat I actually got was a small vase with five hydrangia blossoms and a couple of little fern thingsBased on the other one I would say they paid around $for thisAnd to add to it, I tried to call them at a local phone number only to find out the calls gets routed to the Philippines or some place out of the countryWhen I asked to be connected to Catherine's Floral, I was told they couldn't do it but they would take a messageThis is one big rip off

This was HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE service!!! My husband ordered flowers and paid an extra fee to have them deliver the same day, which was a Friday and they NEVER showed upMy husband called and they said they would be delivered that following Monday, they NEVER showed upHe called AGAIN and they had no idea why the flowers were NOT deliveredHe paid $for flowers that NEVER got delivered to me! He called once more, they STILL had no idea why the flowers were never delivered!

In February I ordered flowers and a box of chocolate for my mother through their website for my mothers birthdayFirst they charged me twice and the second charge was more then my order wasThen they delivered the flowers but not the chocolates that I paid forI called to fix the problem and the guy that answered the phone was not very helpfulThe owner did call me back and fixed the problemI decided to give the florist another chance for Mother's DayWell they once again screwed upThey never delivered the flowers I orderedThanks for ruining my moms special day! Never again will I use this company!
