We refunded her in full $on 4/16/

One of their employees did not pay my State and Federal taxes on time and then the employee was firedBecause of that I incurred in penalties in which the CPA of the company promised to take care of in an email and after I paid it so there was no longer penalties on it she is refusing

I remember the situationI spoke with a woman at approximately 5:20pm and asked us to stay open late because they would be at the store by 5:35pm or soI explained that we close at 5:30pmThe woman told me that had driven from far away (I don't recall the exact location she gave
me) and she wanted to buy a video game for her son's birthdayAgain, I told her nicely, and apologized, that we close at 5:30pm and for security reasons we are unable to stay openlaterThe assertion that we closed at 5:25pm is not accurateI have worked here for years and remember closing early only on two occasions: one was during a snow storm and the other was because the electricity was outWe NEVER close at 5:25pmThe people in question arrived at our store after 5:30pm and were told that we were closedThe four or five employees that they contend were rude to them were leaving after 5:30pm to go homebecause we wereclosedI'm sorry they feel they were "kicked out and disrespected'" as they were not allowed entrance to the store after closingNo one from Uncle Sam's Pawn Shop was rude, or disrespectful to themI'm sorry that they weren't able to purchase the video game and drove a borrowed car so far just to arrive lateIf they arrived at 5:25, as they say, we would have gladly helped themJust the other day, I was here writing up a loan with multiple items AFTER 5:30pmThe door was locked and no one else was allowed in, but the person arrived before we closedThey could have called and made arrangements for us to ship the game to themInstead, they made a libelous statement to the Revdex.com. I am also curious why they drove miles to our particular location to buy a video game when there are at least five video game stores, as well as a Super Walmart, in Lancaster, which is less than miles away As far as their request for reimbursement, no one from Uncle Sam's Pawn Shop caused them to arrive after our stated, advertised, actual closing timeThat said, we feel no reimbursement is in order.Please contact me with any further questions or clarifications required
