Review: Ordered products in April, still haven't received them although the business website says they were mailed out July *, 2013. I have tried to contact the business by email several times with no response. Paid by personal check which was cashed in May.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and a refund.

Review: On June [redacted] 2014, I've ordered an item from Catholic Home and Garden via their website. I completed the order form and paid through paypal for an amount of $170 (US funds $115 converted to CAN Funds plus S&H, taxes). I've contacted them 3 times asking about when am I going to receive my item, at least, an approximate date and I never got a reply at all. I've been ordering from the US before and never had a problem and I always get my items within 3 weeks max. Then, I went to check some of the reviews online about that company and I found many bad reviews. They took my money on June [redacted] 2014, because the amount shows on my credit card invoice. There is also their address. It says on my invoice order: [redacted], UNITED STATES but the address that you have posted on your site is different...why is that? I'm starting to think that I've been scammed big time! There is no phone numbers or any email addresses on their website and no delivery date when you complete the order form online.Desired Settlement: I want them to reply to my emails and to send my item otherwise, I want a complete refund!

Review: I made two orders of veils to their website on August **, 2013 and September *, 2013. The orders numbers were [redacted] and [redacted]. I sent a personal check by the amount of $70.50 on September **, 2013 approximately. Two or three weeks later I wrote them several times by email demanding explanation by the delivery status " pending payment". I got no response of them. At the beginning of this month (October), I sent a letter to their business address that appears in the website. I still got no response, no exclamation. I don't know if they change their address or email, or simply, the business no longer exist.Desired Settlement: First, I want an exclamation. If they can process and deliver the order, I want my veils as soon as possible. I sent a check . If they cannot process the order, cancel the order.

Review: Paid for a product (gold-trimmed mantilla) Specified importance of delivery by a certain date. Business owner stated she could deliver it. I sent a check for payment of mantilla. Mantilla never delivered. Several emails to the business owner have gone unanswered. Business owner's new address (and where I sent the check that was cashed): [redacted]. The phone number you have on record is disconnected ([redacted])Desired Settlement: The item I ordered is paid for and check is cashed. My desired outcome would be for the business owner to honor her commitment and send the mantilla.

Review: Placed an order on April *,2013. I sent a check for my order. The check cleared. I kept waiting for my order to no avail. I wrote them an e-mail inquiring about my order on May **, 2013. They answered and apologized and said that they would mail it out the next day with a full refund. Two weeks went by and nothing. I wrote 2 more emails and received no answer. It is now June [redacted] and still nothing.I asked them if it was coming by stagecoach but I know the horses would have made it by now. I want the item or money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would accept the merchandise ordered or refund.. cashiers check
