Im surprised this guy is still operating. I paid $3000 for a bed several years ago. Still waiting. I did a check on him. Now I know why my bed never did and never was going to arrive. Do a background check on him. I am sure he wont let this review be seen by the public.
Craig [redacted] Owner of Cathouse Beds took our $4200 for the purchase of the bed he agreed to work on and return. After weeks past the due date and many excuses and stories about moving their warehouse, they stopped calling back and just refused to respond at all.
So they cashed our checks, kept our bed, and refused to do the work or even respond to us.
After several attempts to just get our money back, we sued and won in Santa Monica Small Claims court. But after 8 years, they continue to ignore the Court order and they have done this before.
DO NOT work with them but if you must, DO NOT pay them until they deliver the bed
