Customer returned item after cleaning due loose stitching that may have been caused by cleaning We offered to have it fixed, customer wanted to bring in her other curtain to compare stitching days passed we called the customer as she had not shown up with the other item to compare
it tooWe made four phone calls in an effort to get her in with the other itemCustomer never retuned our calls In good faith we had the loose stitching repaired After months the customer showed up not with the other curtain but to get the repaired item Customer stated " wow this turned out great thank you so much" Customer called the next day stated she did not give us permission to fix the item Posted in our stores and on the customer receipt it states we are not responsible for items left over days This policy is in place to prevent people from abandoning items or using us for storage I offered to help the customer even after she left the item in our store well past the days I said I would have it repaired to match the other curtain I saw a picture of the curtains side by side The curtain we did not clean was to long and sagged on the floorThe curtain we cleaned did seem to shink a little but was a perfect fit not sagging on the floorThe customer refused and stated if I did not give her $she was going to enjoy destroying me on line Customer further stated she was a stay at home mom and this was going to be a fun game for herThis customer then called my other location and yelled at my wife and told her she was nothing and she was small potatoes in the circle of life This person called my stores times in one day and emailed me multiple times stating how she was going to get to meThis person also posted on line that her item was but in the dryer We do not use a dryer for curtains We have contacted an attorney based on the lies that she has listed on lineAt this point I will do nothing for this person until she removes her lies and gives my wife a written apology of the harmful things she said You dont try try to hurt someone verbally and demean them over material items
