I have reviewed the response of Mr*** in reference to complaint ID ***, and though I do not agree with his business tactics or people skills I will accept him cashing the check freeing me of any further financial obligationI will wait to see the check post and with no other financial obligation I will consider this matter finished if there is no contact or harassment

was billed out time and...
material for work performed on his property, The bill
for work done by Catlett's was $1881.12. The excavator's work was $1250.00 by
[redacted] Excavating [redacted]. My billing rates are $89.00 first hour for
one man and $59.00 per hour, per man after first hour.

to electric lines and gas run thru on property back yard is
not something done by Do Not Dig Co. The electric line to his garage, which we
repaired and no damage to gas line. I have been in business here for 42 years
and probably have 5000 customers How many complaints have you had about my
business. I charge a fair price for quality work. 98% of my customers are good
and fair with me, 2% make life miserable Working on sewer line 10 feet deep,
you never know what you will encounter on an old property
