Bought a car from them with finance and got my plates about days later! They gave me temporary plates for days, reminded them that my plates are about to expire and not only that they didn't bothered to issues me another set of platesthey didn't even an answered my email about the plates
So they sent paperwork to DMV times (or times, I'm not even sure how many times), first at wrong department and incomplete documents, so DMV rejected the documents and returned to senderLast time with sale tax calculated wrongReally?! Sales tax? Not to mention that this forth time was because I went to the DMV and asked them where to send the paperwork and send them (dealership) an email with all the details and address and phone number (I guess they have no idea how to use Google or a telephoneif they knew, they would have called and asked firstexactly how I did)And only after that they somehow managed to get my platesAfter that sales tax problem I went to the DMV
After negotiating to an agreed price that included additional services I purchased a vehicle from this dealerAfter they took my money they would not honor the additional services which were to have the vehicle cleaned and detailed, fix a flap sticking out under passenger side strut, and three free oil changes as they promisedWhen I called back to set up appointment for the services they gave me the run around and put owner on the phone who said because I negotiated with him he would not honor itI expressed to him my concerns and that he sold me a car that is dirty and his sales associate included the services with the negotiated price which he himself made the final offerThe owner himself told me personaly that because I negotiated with him that he would not honor any of the included servicesI called back and spoke with the sales associate directly and confirmed that she did include those services with the price but the owner refuses to honor nowThis is very disappointing a
