Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the settlement offer of one month rent ($3580) is satisfactory to me. Please send me a check or credit my account before my scheduled move out date (May 10, 2017) to avoid complications with a new address. For the record, the two parties have not been in settlement talks until today.
Regards,
