My recent experience with Grand Strand Nissan was less than satisfactoryI went to purchase a used car which took most of the week to agree on a priceOnce we finally reached the price I told them that my trade was home but I could do the deal in the morningWell that was supposed to be ok with all parties involved, but they sold the car to someone else that same night even though we had an agreementI felt they could have called me to inform me that I needed to come back and complete the deal that night, which I would have doneThe next day I found out they sold the car, when I called to ask about it all they had to say was I didn't have a contractWell maybe not written, but definitely a verbal contractI guess a mans word isn't worth a whole lot at Grand Strand NissanWell I guess what I'm saying is if you can't trust what they tell you there
I want to just say how pleased we are with all the automobile services we have had in dealing with Grand Strand NissanIn we bought our daughter's car, she is still driving itThen in we bought our carBoth cars being Altima's
I would like to give your salesman Cory a shout outWe don't want to deal with anyone else He is very attentive to his customers
In your service department everyone was very pleasantDiego was very accommodating and made sure we were happy
