I want to just say how pleased we are with all the automobile services we have had in dealing with Grand Strand Nissan. In 1990 we bought our daughter's car, she is still driving it. Then in 2013 we bought our car. Both cars being Altima's.
I would like to give your salesman Cory a shout out. We don't want to deal with anyone else He is very attentive to his customers.
In your service department everyone was very pleasant. Diego was very accommodating and made sure we were happy.
My recent experience with Grand Strand Nissan was less than satisfactory. I went to purchase a used car which took most of the week to agree on a price. Once we finally reached the price I told them that my trade was home but I could do the deal in the morning. Well that was supposed to be ok with all parties involved, but they sold the car to someone else that same night even though we had an agreement. I felt they could have called me to inform me that I needed to come back and complete the deal that night, which I would have done. The next day I found out they sold the car, when I called to ask about it all they had to say was I didn't have a contract. Well maybe not written, but definitely a verbal contract. I guess a mans word isn't worth a whole lot at Grand Strand Nissan. Well I guess what I'm saying is if you can't trust what they tell you there.
