Our office sent a check on December 7th which has never cleared the bank We contacted the customer on January 17th in response to his message and assured him that this would be corrected We stopped payment on the 12/check and sent a check on January 18th via certified mail We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the customer letting us know that it had not yet been received
