I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was never given a contract to sign therefore all of the money I gave him should be refunded to me I have a picture of what his contract looks like and no where on it does it say the start up fee is non refundableIt just states if you get cans from him it’s a fee and non refundableI also have a photo of me asking him about the cans if he wanted me to take the sticker off or spray paint over it in which he replied with it doesn’t matter to him You try to state that you tried to give us a hand cause we live in a trailer park but that wasn’t the case, he had a Black Friday deal that he put on Facebook so I figured instead of using waste management I would give a guy with his own business another customer I was only picked up one time and my garbage was not overflowing Also this $refund wasn’t sent out until almost months of not receiving any service I don’t know what receipts or documents that are being mentioned cause I never signed anything

I’m not sure when we were ever rude or harassed him.  I was nothing but understanding and calm about the situation even though we only ever got picked up once and then was never picked up again.  I would like to see this proof of the other pickup because we were picked up once in which it was only one can of garbage.  I had 2 of my own cans that I have owned for 6 years in which I was going to use for his garbage pick up.  But I only used one because the day before waste management picked up cause I hadn’t canceled my service with them.  The second week he was supposed to pick up there was a snow storm so he canceled all pickups til next week.  Then that is when he realized he needed a permit and told me he wasn’t going to pick up anymore, he then told me he only picked me up once and would give me a refund.  It is unfortunate that the owner is trying to make me come across as petty poor people from a trailer park.  I am not trying to get by in life by getting free trash removal the fact is I paid to have my garbage removed for 3 months and was only picked up once, and I was also supposed to be given a contract but wasn’t. You can see with the pictures I have in the conversations that I was never once rude or harassed him, if anything I was very understanding considering I couldn’t get my garbage removed for weeks because I had money tied up with him and had just cancelled Waste Managemnet.  After the second week of not getting picked up I figured that I probably wouldn’t be getting picked up anymore so I got Waste Management to come pick up again.  I was hoping that this agreement would have worked out but in the end it didn’t.

Once again I’m sorry for this customers complaint him and his wife have been nothing but rude and harrassfuk to me via messages on Facebook. I’m a business man, I was honest not only with him but had 3 others customers in that area whom I all refunded he same amount and all picked up the two times and not one have complained but all have been very appreciative of my hard work integrity and honesty. I’m a new company and being new you learn as go pretty much. Didn’t realize in ulster county need permit so I immediately stopped Services once I spoke to district attorney and local transfer stations in area. I notified all my customers was stopping right away and issued refund yes wasn’t right away being had to wait to get all funds at once to send all at once. But once again I’ve picked up twice have records , transfer station receipts, gas receipts , dump fees , etc so not sure what the customer is going on and on about one pickup is false. I issued actually more then what I should have issued back according to dump fees and diesel fees . I issued $50 back and as well have issued all other customers in area all have been nothing but nice and very thankful. But there’s always one customer out there trying to get by in life and get away with free things. I paid to dump garbage twice and spent gas fees there and back . So that’s ALL I’ll be issuing is the $50 refund. Sorry this customer having a hard time in life and refusing to accept this but I will not be taken advantage of or my company and will not work for free. As in everything in life there’s a price for everything. I wish them luck and hope they can find a new carrier and abide by there rules and honestly not paint over there logos thankfully I didn’t supply a can because that would be a automatic fee of damaging property. I’m sure Waste management would be furious to hear about there cans. I sure would be. Once again though I’ve did my end of the share and I know in life can’t always satisfy everyone needs. I did my part and that’s all I’ll be offering for them hoping the rude and volger harassment messages they can keep to themselves. Wish them the best. God bless

Customer was picked up twice. Customer was well aware eod contract and all prior to signing up. Issued a $50 refund back being his garbage was picked up 2 times. So the $118 I deducted the fees to dump his garbage twice and gas and tolls to get to and back from his residence. Have all proper...

receipts, phone records, emails , documents , and him agreeing on the contract knowing $50 was non refundable has nothing to do with cans it’s a one time start up fee. If he properly read before agreeing. But was nice enough to issue a $50 refund back anyways. Very rude indivuals who uses other provided county waste / waste management cans and said he didn’t care about there cans and sprayed paint over them to save money or so who he said. Coming from people living in a [redacted] I figured give them a hand but always had over abundance of garbage flowing from cans and even outside cans so right there already voiding contract by not following rules. And honestly did not want to get into issue with another company being he spray painted over another company’s cans. I have nothing but reliable sources and customers whom are all happy with my work and this one has been nothing but a hard time. He received $50 money order which I have receipt of for a refund when it should have been less after dump fees , gas , tolls but I was just fed up and issued it back . So how they can expect a full refund is beyond me being garbage is not free nor is gas or time. I apologized for the inconvenience and his rude wife non stop messaging me harassing me and others. So out of $118 they received $50 back. The two times I picked up in there [redacted] filled my pickup truck up and on average a full pickup cost $27-30 plus my gas there and back 30 or so miles. I went above and beyond to meet these customers rude demands and cheap ways but seemed very discreet and penny pinching and kind of screwed me being I was paying more out of my pocket for the amount of trash and debris they had. Sorry but that’s the best I can do and will do for them.
