C.A.T.S. Shuttle

I contracted verbally with them to pick us up at 7:00 a.m. on December 13,2011 to take us to the Phoenix airport, for a fee of $60.00. They did not arrive so I called at 7:05 and left a message. At 7:15 we left and drove ourselves to the airport and parked in a parking facility at the airport They did call us but by that time we were almost to the airport. We were gone for two weeks and the tab at the parking facility was $130.00. I called them when we got back and expected them to reimburse us for the parking fee, minus the $60.00 we would have paid them. As it turned out, they did arrive at our house long after we had left which is when they called. He said today (3rd phone call) that since they DID go to our house but we had already left, it was not their problem. He did say that if we would have waited for them, and missed our flight, they would have paid for another flight, but since we went on our own there's nothing they can do for us. We needed to be at the airport at 8:00 so we could not have waited any longer to leave.
