As I stated on the first response, we replaced her cooler lines and refilled the transaxle with the correct fluid for that vechicle When it left out shop, it was working good and by her own admition, she drove it back to Rock Point with no issues Her having driven it with low oil and shuddering probably caused the clutches to scortch and then driving home could have finished it off As for her statement that a mechanic that has been with us for one year worked on her vehicle, that is categoricaly not true, as the newest employee at cats has been with us for years, and the mechanic that worked on her car has been with us for years We pride ourselves in doing good work and our reputaion is above reproach We reject her claim that we caused any damage to her vehicle in any shape or form
