Revdex.com:The response from Catseye Pest is categorically false. We have accepted multiple offers of additional work to remedy the ongoing rodent problem. See attachment for the last agreement. The complete re-seal and abatement was never done. Manager Chris Quinn would not respond to any attempt I made to contact him from November 2015- May 2016. Only after it was apparent that the company had no intention of completing the work promised to fix the failed Catguard System and repair the damage of ongoing rodent activity, did we demand a refund.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. What is the result? It is 0. And we paid $3300 for nothing.We don't believe 3 more service can be any better.If you made a good Cat-Guard service we wouldn't have  mice , rodents, bugs, insects, etc. again inside. Our house worse than ever, because I was spraying all house inside and outside before we leave and any of them couldn't come inside. But this time I believed this your job but I was wrong. Your company never put chemicals or sprayed our house. Your employees just put some traps which are available in any hardware stores at low cost.We could put them ourselves. Please look at the pictures how was our house. I was so upset, that's why Chris called your guy back without touching anything. Chris had more upset than I am.. Actually, I was right to upset and I had to clean the house myself.Another thing nobody called our neighbor for an appointment for  5 months during our absence. And any manager didn't pay attention, how can I trust your company again? Responsibility is the most important thing I believe. What can I say more ?

This work was performed three years ago, so this is a challenge to address.  Our contract states on it's face IN BOLD PRINT that we charge for time spent, and not per animal caught.  It's not clear from the complaint whether the client continues to have problem with rodents, in which case...

she should consider installation of our Cat-Guard system, which was offered, but not purchased at the time, or whether she is simply dissatisfied about the number of animals caught.  The statement that we have refused to discuss what we can do is not accurate, however, given the length of time and the above facts, we will not be able to entertain the idea of a monetary refund.  We're here to help with all our clients pest problems would encourage the client to contact is directly to discuss any current pest issues she is experiencing.
