This work was performed three years ago, so this is a challenge to address Our contract states on it's face IN BOLD PRINT that we charge for time spent, and not per animal caught It's not clear from the complaint whether the client continues to have problem with rodents, in which case she should consider installation of our Cat-Guard system, which was offered, but not purchased at the time, or whether she is simply dissatisfied about the number of animals caught The statement that we have refused to discuss what we can do is not accurate, however, given the length of time and the above facts, we will not be able to entertain the idea of a monetary refund We're here to help with all our clients pest problems would encourage the client to contact is directly to discuss any current pest issues she is experiencing

Good Afternoon, We have spoken to the complainants and offered them additional services and no charge. Those services included trapping ( to knock down and ID entry points ) and reseals ( to seal up the entry points). They have refused any services from us. They stated to my supervisor and I... that they want a full refund. We are not willing to refund them for work done 6 years ago.

It is And we paid $for nothing.We don't believe more service can be any better.If you made a good Cat-Guard service we wouldn't have mice , rodents, bugs, insects, etcagain insideOur house worse than ever, because I was spraying all house inside and outside before we leave and any of them couldn't come insideBut this time I believed this your job but I was wrongYour company never put chemicals or sprayed our houseYour employees just put some traps which are available in any hardware stores at low cost.We could put them ourselvesPlease look at the pictures how was our houseI was so upset, that's why Chris called your guy back without touching anythingChris had more upset than I amActually, I was right to upset and I had to clean the house myself.Another thing nobody called our neighbor for an appointment for months during our absenceAnd any manager didn't pay attention, how can I trust your company again? Did an awesome job of getting rid of all Florida's insects, I'm from New York we don't have spiders like they do down here

The staff are efficient, knowledgable, expeditious, and trustworthy The upper & lower guard was installed quickly & really works well The organic mosquito & tick protection is fantastic

Outstanding service from well trained, courteous employeesAll five employees explained in great detail what they were doing and what I should expectJeffrey Bdid an outstanding job in sealing the house from future rat infestation and was a pleasure to work withI was very satisfied with the final inspection and services provided by Cat-Guard Manager, Jack E knowing I can call him for any reason to discuss the completed job
