I have been using them for years in upstate NY before moving to South Shore MA and when they opened here I went to them right away. They are very responsive, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Russ & Leo were very professional and efficient - explained each step of process and showed me the materials to be used. Fully explained process and timeline. I was impressed at their positive attitude and attention to detail.

I called Catseye on July 27th AM and the representative was at my home @ 1600 or 4 P.M. for an evaluation. They explained what I needed and the investment for the service. Found it very reasonable and signed up for the Platinum service and I believe the service so far has been excellent in resolving pest and rodent issues.

Catseye Pest Control is an excellent resource for addressing unwanted pests in your home through the development and installation of an exclusion system, vs use of toxic pesticides, which result in contamination secondary to killing pests in the home. Their team of professionals from the managers, assessors and technicians who perform the customized services are all exceptional.

I had a complete treatment of the wood in my cellar for powder post beetles and to make sure the termites-damaged areas were really inactive. Both the initial inspector and the technician who applied the anti-pest treatment were courteous and professional. They came in time, did a thorough job, and left the place tidy. Shawn, the technician (I hope I have the name right), went above and beyond in explaining to my what he found as he worked.

We have been 100% pleased with the service from Catseye Pest Control. They responded to questions and emails quickly, and completed got rid of the pests in our house when other pest control companies could not. They then repaired our gutters around the entire house and did an absolutely beautiful job. The guys working on our house were polite and very hard-working. We will recommend their services to all our friends.

Catseye did an excellent job on my house. The technicians, both named Matt, were friendly, professional and did a great work. Also the original person, Steve, that came out to assess the job was great also. I called because birds were getting into the roof. The sealed all possible access holes and wrapped the remaining wood on my house that is vinyl sided. The wrapped the fascia and soffits so no wood at all is exposed on the house anymore. I would highly recommend Catseye and these technicians to family, friends and neighbors.

My experience with catguard was excellent from the first day Steve came to do the initial assessment until the basement remediation job was complete. The technicians/foreman’s were always prompt and very professional. Scheduling with Jessica was always efficient and mindful of our busy schedules. I especially want to acknowledge the remediation crew( Ron& Mike M and Mike ), they were great to work with, very knowledgeable and went well beyond their duty to explain to us all the items that needed to be addressed to completely clean out and seal off the house. We were whole heartedly recommend them to any we know.

In general Catseye representatives that come to our home are professional, helpful, and detailed. The problems we have experienced with this Catseye business are all corporate or management related. They require that their representatives get FULL payment in advance for special services. Then, Catseye schedules the service. However if they are busy, or it looks like rain (for outside services), or have people on vacations, or have a limited number of representative in your town, then you could be paying in FULL in advance and be waiting weeks or a month or more for service. No customer wants to hear about the limitations due to these issues and continue to be put off weeks for service, especially when the policy is pay-in-full-in-advance or you can't even get on the schedule. The management of Catseye should seriously consider this payment-in-full-in-advance for special services, especially if the client in question is a regular monthly service client. They need to do more to earn the continued business of their customers or these customer will get other quotes and leave them
