Company's response below:To Whom it may concern,Mr*** notified us of an issue. This was resolved before we ever received the first letter regarding Mr***'s complaint. 10/04/Complaint made ( repair man was sent that day) Repair was Fixed10/05/Mr***, asked for
someone to come back out .10/18/Second Repairman was sent to redo repair for Mr***.Repair has been completed since 10/18/2017.*** *** *** American Construction Pro***

[redacted] neglected to volunteer that there were more appointments than she stated or the fact that the repair tech she sent out actually voiced his opinion and stated" What do you want me to do, I didn't install your roof?" This Email response from [redacted] also didn't address any of my other concerns listed... A simple phone call and actually showing up on the days scheduled would have prevented all this un-pleasantry. There were ZERO follow ups following this repair.... ( A simple - "Mr. [redacted], is the repair complete to your satisfaction?" would have sufficed.) I guess that's standard for an A+ rated company??? No idea if the leak is repaired. I have not had a chance to look in a heavy rainstorm.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
