My wife and I are new to the area and are opening a restaurant. We found a beautiful location that was in dire need of some repairs and remodel. We feel very blessed to have found Cameron Cattanach and are very pleased to be working with Cameron and the Cattanach Construction team. I do not have a lot of experience with this type of work and Cameron has been extremely patient and thorough throughout the whole process making sure I understood everything. My vacation house in Weed,CA, needed repairs to one exterior wall and the two car garage roof needed reinforcement. This was a large job that required an expert contractor. I contacted Cattanach Construction and hired Cameron Cattanach to make the needed repairs. I do not live in this house so Cameron and I discussed the job, the work in progress, new found issues, and other details via phone, text, email, and photos. Even though I was a few hundred miles away, Cameron kept me informed of the work, sent photos of the repairs, and offered suggestions, to the point where I felt like I was there with him. Cattanach Construction was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with, and there have been many. I received a detailed quote in a timely manner, and I should add that Cameron even had an engineer visit my house to assist in the bidding process so Cameron could provide a realistic bid, not one that said the job will cost between this and that (I dislike broad estimates as they tend to end up near the high end). His bid was fairly priced and contained sufficient detail for me to understand the scope of work. At the end, Cameron met his bid price, completed the work on time or slightly early, and the quality of his work can only be called excellent! I would strongly recommend Cattanach Construction to anyone in need of a contractor whom you can trust to complete your job at a fair price with the highest quality and exceptional professional integrity.

Cameron has been on point with what needed to be done, patiently giving me options while I made decisions long distance. He understood my view and made further cost effective recommendations. He has really gone the extra many miles, even keeping me informed and checking on my property after the recent fires. A person worthy of trust.

Cameron replaced my trex decking which had deteriorated due to defects. He was always on time when he came which is huge to me as this was not my typical experience with a contractor. When he provided his estimate he showed me how the original contractor had not been to code in some areas. He completed the project on time and within the original estimate. He was professional and always met with me to update me and let me know if there were any issues.

I felt completely comfortable using Cameron and even went out of town when he finished the job. Later, when I was having trouble with the metal railings I called him and he came out to help even though it was not within the scope of the original project.

His workmanship was excellent and now I love my new deck! I would highly recommend Cameron to anyone who is looking for not only a trustworthy contractor, but a contractor whose quality work is as professional as he is.

Had Cameron install new flooring and the work is GREAT. And of course like any remodel job problems were uncovered. Cameron informed me immediately of all the issues he found, and fixed them promptly and professionally. I am so pleased with his work. He will be installing new counter tops as well.

Our experience with Cattanach Construction was more than we could ever have hoped for. Cameron Cattanach worked us in to his very busy schedule because we had a flood in our home and everything was in chaos. His work was great, he is a communicator, showed up on time and did all that we agreed to and more. His crew was respectful, clean and competent. If we could give Cattanach a grade higher than A+ we would.

I contracted [redacted] and Cattanach Construction to tear out the existing carpet and tile and install engineered hardwood flooring throughout my whole house and install slate in the foyer and on a raised platform he built under the wood stove. He also installed a shower into a half-bath, built and installed a couple kitchen cabinets and a new countertop over them, moved a hot water heater and finished an unfinished room that was originally a garage which involved moving plumbing, electrical, closing off a door, building two closets, lighting, everything from taking a concrete floor below inside house level and open rafters to a beautifully finished room that you would never know was not part of the original house. He also did some other miscellaneous work in the renovation.
Through the whole project, [redacted] was punctual, very communicative and collaborative, honest, efficient, and worked with full integrity, taking the extra time and effort to make sure that everything was done to code with quality materials and craftsmanship that matched my budget and requests. I could trust him completely with my home, to be very precise and professional with his work, and do an immaculate clean-up when he was finished. He was highly responsive to all my questions and worked creatively with me regarding some permit issues and changes that came up once the project got underway so everything was done to my complete satisfaction. [redacted] uses quality workers, but what I really loved was that he is hands-on, on the job site, working alongside them, so he oversees everything, but also does quality work himself. He makes sure the project gets done correctly!
I highly recommend Cattanach Construction! [redacted] has the depth of knowledge and expertise that runs through all aspects of a renovation so he can see the big picture but understands on a very intricate level the individual and smaller aspects of the job and how they all intertwine and affect one another, so the end result is fully integrated, seamlessly operational and beautiful! I am very pleased with [redacted] and his work and so glad I used him to turn my house into a gorgeous home customized to my needs and vision!

Had them do a number of jobs at my house including redoing my porch. I then had them cut out and remodel a 950 sq feet area of my commercial building. Not only are they fast but very accurate with their work. I highly recommend them.

[redacted] did a excellent job putting in a new sliding glass door and plumbing that needed to be done. He was on time and very fast. He always kept me in the loop too what was happening. He went beyond what he needed to do in repairs. I would definitely recommend [redacted] for any and all your home repair and building needs. Not only will you gain a excellent contractor with [redacted] but you gain a friend.

We we're so lucky to happen upon Cameron Cattanach. We had some tennents that weren't too nice to the house we rented them. The house needed a lot of work. We searched the Revdex.com and his name came up.
Cameron did most of the work for us and recommended other contractors to do the work he couldn't. Cameron's estimates were very reasonable and the work was always perfect and completed on time.
Here are just some of the jobs Cameron did for us:
Repaired all sub-floor damage and prepped entire area for carpet installation.
Rebuilt patio and deck railings.
Power washed the entire outside of the house.
Inspected and corrected plumbing issues.
Installed flooring and sinks.
Coordinated the removal of debris from our one acre.
Arranged for a crew to unload our moving van.
Coordinated appliance inspections and repairs in our absences.
We travel quite often and we have so much confidence and trust in Cameron that we have asked him to keep an extra key to our place in case of emergency and we have actually had to call upon him a couple times!
We are extremely thankful to have found Cameron and would highly recommend him to anyone anytime without hesitation!!
