Purchased $dollars of a product that never existed and money is not being returned
In early spring we purchased $of tracking eartags for livestock after seeing Cattletraxx advertise in several prominent livestock publications Their website and social media show a finished product and several times the owners told me tags were being shipped After missing my window for the to use them I requested my money to be returned (early June 2016) I have been told the check was on the way, waiting in lawyers, etc Most recently I have been contacted by the local police department investigating fraud and it appears that not only am I the only one who lost money but a product never existed in the first place The payment was made via credit card and processed immediately I have asked for the return to be put back on the card, have asked for the owners personal credit card number, an ach, any way to have my money returned I can include a complete follow up with complete d
