Stay away from Precision Auto Volvo in Rowley, MA - unless you're in the market for incompetent and unprofessional auto repair serviceIn early summer 2015, my volvo developed a power steering fluid leak, whereby Precision Auto installed a new Rack and Pinion systemIn August 2016, power steering fluid began streaming from underneath my carIt was so bad that when I refilled the power steering fluid tank, it would empty within minutesNaturally I brought the car back to Precision Auto to establish why this happened so soon after having recently been repaired and to ensure that the owner would stand behind his original work as warranted.The owner then informs me that he had no record of ever doing the original R&P install, that his supplier told him there was no record of providing the requisite parts during the period in question, and that it was possible I was confused and that another repair shop did the work insteadNow after having been personally insulted, I informed the owner that I would be retrieving my canceled checks as proof of payment for his supposed services providedUpon securing the canceled checks, I called the owner to inform him of such and that I would be visiting him the next morningHowever, when I arrived, the business was closed (despite their website saying they were open during this time) with no sign of the ownerAnother on-site visit yielded nothing and numerous subsequent phone calls went unreturned as wellOn my last message I stated that I would be filing a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General - which I did yesterdayNice way to do business
