Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Please note that Cava Capital drafted the Contract of Purchase (purchase agreement) for the property (which they included in their response) at an agreed upon price Their agent and I discussed the real estate market in the process of agreeing on a price and I feel it to be entirely that "the market had changed" as there was no sudden change in the real estate in the areaFurther, they did not chose to have any inspections done during the 30-day "Study Period" which is a direct sign of a lack of good faithWhile the agreement was for them to buy the house, it appears that their model is to make an offer without intention to follow through, but rather to arrange for someone else to buy the houseTheir promise of a quick and easy sales process without hassle in exchanged for a price considerably less than retail market value of the home simply is not the caseIf they are in the brokering business, a more truthful approach would be to disclose that up front and in the contract rather than hide their intentionsBeing up-front and honest about how they operate would have allowed both parties to know what they were agreeing to rather than one side hiding their intentionsTheir remedy for failing to fulfill the contract was to offer to "continue to market his home" - a process that the quick and easy closing was to have avoidedIt is worth restating that the contract was for them to BUY the home NOT market it as they apparently intendedThey then offered the names of two realtors - which had I wanted to go through the traditional sales process I would never have been talking with them in the first placeTheir "offer" was in no way fulfilling their proposed contractAs such, I reject the offer as it provides no benefit to me and lets them walk away from a signed contract which apparently meant nothing or at least did not mean what the contracted statedThey hid their intentions and as such anyone looking up this company on the Revdex.com website should have the information to understand Cava Capital's operating model, which they choose to hide, and to understand that model before choosing to do business with a company that acts in such a manner.Normally, the saying it buyer beware, in this case it is SELLER BEWARE! Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please note that Cava Capital drafted the Contract of Purchase (purchase agreement) for the property (which they included in their response) at an agreed upon price.  Their agent and I discussed the real estate market in the process of agreeing on a price and I feel it to be entirely false that "the market had changed" as there was no sudden change in the real estate in the area. Further, they did not chose to have any inspections done during the 30-day "Study Period" which is a direct sign of a lack of good faith. While the agreement was for them to buy the house, it appears that their model is to make an offer without intention to follow through, but rather to arrange for someone else to buy the house. Their promise of a quick and easy sales process without hassle in exchanged for a price considerably less than retail market value of the home simply is not the case. If they are in the brokering business, a more truthful approach would be to disclose that up front and in the contract rather than hide their intentions. Being up-front and honest about how they operate would have allowed both parties to know what they were agreeing to rather than one side hiding their intentions. Their remedy for failing to fulfill the contract was to offer to "continue to market his home" - a process that the quick and easy closing was to have avoided. It is worth restating that the contract was for them to BUY the home NOT market it as they apparently intended. They then offered the names of two realtors - which had I wanted to go through the traditional sales process I would never have been talking with them in the first place. Their "offer" was in no way fulfilling their proposed contract. As such, I reject the offer as it provides no benefit to me and lets them walk away from a signed contract which apparently meant nothing or at least did not mean what the contracted stated. They hid their intentions and as such anyone looking up this company on the Revdex.com website should have the information to understand Cava Capital's operating model, which they choose to hide, and to understand that model before choosing to do business with a company that acts in such a manner.Normally, the saying it buyer beware, in this case it is SELLER BEWARE!

Mrs. M[redacted] called from the business she stated that when a consumer looks the business up online the number shown is the call center. If they reach out to the call center they take the information input it into the system for it to be directed to the appropriate location. If the consumer doesn't...

live in an area that the consumer resides in the system automatically kicks the information out. Mrs. M[redacted] stated that they haven't spoken to Mr. [redacted] directly about his home; but unfortunately it isn't with an area that they service so they will not be buying his home. If Mr. [redacted] would like to speak to someone directly at Cava Capital he can contact them directly at [redacted] and speak to anyone on the sales team and they will be glad to discuss everything with him directly.
