[redacted] and all involved in the Service Dept went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were satisfied He worked very hard to make sure each item needing replacement that was covered under my extended warranty was tackled I would not have my car serviced anywhere else

My salesperson Joe C worked with and was able to put me into the car of my dreams, the Scion FRS, I had the utmost confidence in him and appreciated his honesty and integrity so much that I named my car "Joe" after him Marshall the finance manager was also great and took a lot of time to explain my loan options and was very efficient throughout the process All in All, I have to say Bev Smith Toyota "Rocks" because it is reflected by your dealerships employeesI think someone there needs to take Joe and Marshall to lunch!

Purchased our car on April 10, from Salesman [redacted] There was damage to one of the door guards, which he stated would be replaced At delivery, we bought it to his attention that the door guard had not been replaced They stated they would take care of it on our first service Never any mention of it again Going over sales contract, we noticed that we were charged $for a new License/registration License plate/sticker and registration were never received for this vehicle I went to the tax collectors office and they said I would have to purchase a new one, even though the vehicle was already registered for the new year They said we should have received it from dealership on delivery After numerous phone calls to "Dawn" and complaining, we have never received even a phone call to address the issue Dawn stated, after the 3rd phone call, that she had turned it over to the "finance manager" and he would be giving us a call to resolve the issue...............Never heard any more from them except someone calling to schedule regular service for this car I have been in the retail business all my life and would never think of treating a good customer like that Our confidence in the dealership has greatly deteriorated to the point that I am afraid to even take our Toyotas there for service any more, so we are exploring other dealerships We have purchased numerous Toyotas from this dealership and never had problems, but they dropped the ball on this one as it seems as if no one really cares This is the 4th Toyota we have purchased

[redacted] Toyota is well known and respected on the Treasure Coast, even by other dealerships. The [redacted] associates have taken an ownership approach to giving the customer the very best experience that they could possibly receive. Whether it be the service department or the sales floor, the sales/service associates are very respectful and courteous. As long as [redacted] remains competitive, courteous, and professional I will always return and refer their business.
