job being completed today, Dec. 13th with the glass install.The job contract was signed on Aug, 3rd and materials that could be ordered in advance was placed on Aug. 5th. Materials were received @ CKB on Aug. 23rd and were stored in our warehouse pending delivery to job until Sept. 26th and delivery was made to job. The customer's contractor was responsible for the job installation and to accept the delivery.I will summarize the job rather than getting into pages of explanation that will serve no purpose. CKB was called in early Oct. to advise that one of the panels was the wrong size. This was due to an incorrect measurement by our salesperson. The panel was reordered and was delivered on Oct 12th. The contractor told CKB the second panel was too small and refused to use the second panel. I offered to complete the job @ no charge but their contractor said he would complete the work after receiving the 3rd panel.CKB ordered a larger third panel on Nov. 7th asking for a Nov. 15th delivery. The third panel was received on Nov.22nd and delivered the job on the same day. The contractor installed the 3rd panel on the 23nd and our glass installer measured the area for the glass enclosure late the same day. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the glass enclosure could not be ordered with the factory until Monday Nov. 28th and the glass enclosure was received Dec. 9th in late afternoon @ CKB.
