Review: Had a Brake repair done put old brake pads on one wheel and kept new pad I had bought also added a front end Alignment that I had not ask for and charged me for it and doesn"t look like been touchedDesired Settlement: Would like new pads back or pay for them and a refund on Front end Alignment

To whom it may concern,I am writing to you in concerning Complaint # [redacted]. we here at Cavalier Motor Works, LLC,provide honest and inexpensive car repair with a focus on individual attention and customersatisfaction. We are disappointed that Mr. [redacted] was unhappy with his service. He broughtbrake pads that he had purchased from the Chevrolet/GMC dealer for us to install but one of the padswas the incorrect size so the manager, [redacted], contacted Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] said it wasOK to reinstall the existing pad which had litte wear along with the new, correct pads. Mr. [redacted] ismore than welcome to come by and pick up the pads that were removed along with the pad that was theincorrect size. It would be our suggestion for Mr. [redacted] to return the pads to the dealer where heoriginally purchased the pads for reimbursement for them giving him pads that were incorrect.Cavalier Motor Works, LLC does not perform alignments unless specified by the customer. Mr. [redacted]requested and received an alignment on the vehicle requested. According to the enclosed technicalsheet, Mr. [redacted]'s truck showed to need the toe, camber and caster, all, adjusted. There is no casteradjustment but the camber and toe were adjusted to factory settings. Mr. [redacted] also neglected orrefused to pay for a Virginia Inspection sticker, $16.00, which was also performed.We have a 10-day alignment policy for unsatisfied customers but Mr. [redacted] had no complaints nordid he return to the shop to inform anyone of his dissatisfaction with the services that he received onJune 6, 2013.So, in summary, Cavalier Motor Works, LLC, performed Mr. [redacted]'s repairs properly and to hissatisfaction. Mr. [redacted] is more than welcome to come by and retrieve his 3 old brake pads and the Inew one that is the incorrect size. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Did not ask for allignment and my wife stop and payed the same day for inspection sticker we have the receipt. The mechanic did not call and ask me about brake pads He only told me after we had rechecked his work I don:t know where some information they say came from.
