When a company sets an appointment and is unable to fulfill, they should contact the customer ASAPNot wait until the end of the day, especially when the customer has to take a day off in order to get the service completedNot to mention having an unusable bathroom due to waiting for an appointmentWould not waste my time with this companyWould have different opinion had they contacted me back

First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize for our delay in servicing your tank. I offer no excuses for this, since this is the business we are in, except to say we have had several unexpected problems with jobs causing delays, that were scheduled the same day as your job. When we leave a job...

we always like to leave our customers satisfied.
I try to return calls to my customers when needed, but sometimes time gets away from me and I fail to do this during a reasonable time. Again I do apologize for this. We try to give all of our customers the service which they are expecting, since this is what our reputation is built on. My husband and I started this business from scratch and the fact that have gotten to this level in our business, and have the reputation we do, is due to the fact that we are honest hard working people and by trying to always make our customers' needs and concerns a top priority.
When we have to reschedule a job, regardless of the reason, I try to make that customer a priority without delaying more customers that we already have had booked after theirs, so they don't run into the same problem you have had.
Again, I do apologize for the delays you have experienced in getting your tank serviced and would like to restore your faith in us. If you could either email me or give me a call, I assure you we will put your tank at the top of the list, even calling some of the others we have scheduled to see if we can be a little later getting to their jobs.
Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention, and rest assured it will not happen again.

Review: Contracted for services on Monday 7/28/2014 12-1:00PM

Called [redacted] abt delay. Response was that she would return call asap. Corporate President returned call to express extended delay. Service Technician [redacted] called at 2:30 stating he was aprox one hour away. I suggested that we re-schedule due to an appointment I had that afternoon. I suggested that we re-schedule for Wednesday 8/30/2014 at 8:00AM

Unknown to me the customer, [redacted] was to confirm. Wednesday, again a NO SHOW. Customer called [redacted] and she stated that she would contact Service Technician [redacted] and return my call ASAP. [redacted] never returned my call. At 2:30PM Service Technician [redacted] calls to say he is again an hour away. I told Service Technician, [redacted] that I had made another appointment at 4:00 that afternoon and therefore would be no longer available. ServiceTechnician, [redacted] stated that he would have [redacted] call me to re-schedule one again. That was two days ago. Today August 1 2014 I have not had a return call from [redacted] to re-schedule yet another appointment for the third time.

I might add that I contracted Cavalier Septic Services due to their advertisement and reference from both the Revdex.com and Angie's List. So much for their REVIEWS!
