I am rejecting this response because:i was never contacted by your staff until Thursday when I drove down to your shop after being tired of your staffgiving me the run around.I never aproved hours of labor and I was told 6-hours by your mechanics when I met them on the field.never been told it will take you days never been told you got the wrong part until thursday when *** said you ordered the wrong part times after I walked in your shop that afternoonnever been respected at your shop and never been treated like that before and your front desk were the only nice people there who really tried to help after the truck was ready 6800$ bill mike said I pay in full or I cant take the truck and that was the final price I was not happy with him or anyone at your shop so how couldnt you notice that?if I was not happy I wouldnt complain I am very unhappy thank youi belive you charged me for all the wrong time that you spent workingon the truck and

Mr*** had a vehicle called in to our breakdown department and we sent a truck to him to see if he could repair it out in the fieldPer our process, a $pre-auth was secured prior to dispatching out techAfter spending some time on the vehicle it was determined that this needed to come to
the shop as further diag was neededOnce vehicle was towed in we had another tech further DiagitOnce proper time was figured we contacted Mr*** and got his approval for this repairParts were orderedThe first part that arrived was incorrectSo we let Mr*** know we had gotten the wrong part and had to wait again for *** to get us the correct partOnce correct part came in we proceed to repair the truck which we called the driver and Mr***Driver still came up prior to truck being done and had to be sent away a was told he would be called when the vehicle was completedWe contacted the driver when truck was completed and Driver came to get and called Mr*** and he seemed happy that the truck was ready, I went over all the repairs and the amount for the 2nd tim and he was ok with this, at no time did he say he was unhappy with the amount or the time frame to repairI do know when the driver left he was happy with the way the truck was running because he came back in to say soI never heard from the driver nor Mr*** again
