would like to preface by stating that the customer has been refunded in full for the amounts of $67.48 (charge that took place on 1-24-2014) and $89.97 (charge that took place on 2-23-2014) as of 3-24-2014. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refunds to process and post back to the customer’s account. On 1-07-2014 an order was place on our website to try our Pure Garcinia Cambogia by BerryThin weight loss supplement to try for a 14 day trial paying only $4.95 for shipping and handling. If a customer feels that 14 days is not enough time to try the product then they are urged to contact us prior to the end of their trial period to obtain an extension. If we are not contacted by either email or phone prior to the end of their trial period ending then once their trial is over, they will be billed for the product of which was received and enrolled in a monthly auto-ship membership until cancelled. All of which is stated on our website, the order page the order was placed on and within our terms and conditions. Since no contact was made prior to their trial expiring they were billed $67.46 on 1-24-2014 for the product of which was received by the customer and shipped and billed $89.97 for a second bottle on 2-23-2014. We were contacted by the customer via our support line on 3-04-2014 regarding the charges to their account. We issued the customer an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number to include in the returned package. We received the package on 3-14-2014 but due to a system error the refund was not processed until 3-24-2014. I apologize for the technical error causing the refund to be delayed. Again, the customer has been refunded in full for the amounts of $67.47 and $89.97 as of 3-24-2014 and their membership completely cancelled. I would like to preface by stating that the customer has received 2 full refunds for the products that they ordered. The customer has received a refund of $89.97 (Garcinia Cambogia by Berry Thin product cost) for the charge on 10-20-2013 and a refund of $89.97 (Garcinia Cambogia by Berry Thin product cost) for the charge on 11-19-2013, as of 06-30-2014. Due to an electronic error, the customer is being issued these refunds via a certified check through the mail. Please allow 2 – 10 business days for the customer to receive the check. An order was placed on 10-06-2013 for our Garcinia Cambogia by Berry Thin weight loss supplement to try for a 14-day trial period paying only $4.95 for shipping and handling. If a customer feels that 14 days is not enough time to try the product(s) they are urged to contact us via email or phone to obtain an extension. If we are not contacted prior to the end of the trial(s) then once their trial expires, they will be billed for the product(s) of which they have received. All of which is covered on our order pages, our website and within our terms and conditions. Since no contact was made prior to the end of the trial period, the customer was billed $89.97 on 10-20-2013 and $89.97 on 11-19-2013. We apologize for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused the customer. Again, the customer has received 2 full refunds for the products that they ordered. The customer has received a refund of  $89.97 (Garcinia Cambogia by Berry Thin product cost) for the charge on 10-20-2013 and a refund of $89.97 (Garcinia Cambogia by Berry Thin product cost) for the charge on 11-19-2013, as of 06-30-2014.
