Cavallero Heating & Air Conditioning

I had an air conditioning installed June 2013 and they were supposed to come and do a final inspection but never came. Also the people that installed my air conditioner made some damages to my wall. I have called them many times and they have said they will call me back but have never have. On the 19th of September someone from Caballeros came because I had a problem with my heater, I mentioned the final inspection to him. We certainly understand why she filed with the Revdex.com and our intention is to perform the final inspection and evaulate the wall damage and correct it. There is no excuse for this, our only explanation is that we have had some temps in the office and our prior add/on replacement agent no longer works here, and the new staff didn't follow trough.
