I have nothing but positive things to say about the companyThe management team is fair, they are firm but fair on rent paymentsThey worked with me when I didnt have the money due to work and they always took care of problems with my houseI couldnt recommend a better rental company in the shreveport area!!

I do not recommend anyone renting from this companyThey make up bills that are not your and try to force you to pay them even if the bills were created before you rented from themThey lie about their properties and are infested with roaches and other parasitic bugsThey do not fix any of the problems with their properties even after several requestI agree with the previous comment made by Kay Fthey only care about the money and are slum lordsI have never rented from someone so rude and inconsiderate
