We hired Cavallini Kitchens and Baths to renovate our basement bathroom this past summer Rick was our contact in sales and Wally was the contracter Rick was all smiles and professional in the beginning of the reno, but that soon filtered badly for us, about weeks in His empty promises, forgetfullness, and overall lack of customer service apparent, when he "promised" only the top of the line fixtures and then delivered bargain basement stuff He went on vacation, and forgot to inform his customers [redacted] Wally is a very sweet, kind and extremely handy and gifted man with his renovations Without Wally, Rick would definitely be out of business I would definitely hire Wally on his own, as he is the real deal here In the end, Rick did knock about $off our final bill, because he knew he did a lousy job in his end of the deal After the job, we had to go out and buy the light fixtures, towel bars and toilet roll holder All added expense to us that we didn't expectI would definitely not recommend this company for any renovations The last we heard from Rick was before Labour Day weekend and he said that he was going to order a part to stop the hand held shower head from going at the same time as the main shower head was running - totally wrong in our eyes as you are using way too much water when it's unnecessary Rick said the part would take weeks to get in and now we are at weeksGuarantee we won't hear from him
! The employees are good but the owner is terrible and does not finish or honour his contracts.
We hired Cavallini Kitchens and Baths to renovate our basement bathroom this past summer. Rick was our contact in sales and Wally was the contracter. Rick was all smiles and professional in the beginning of the reno, but that soon filtered badly for us, about 2 weeks in. His empty promises, forgetfullness, and overall lack of customer service apparent, when he "promised" only the top of the line fixtures and then delivered bargain basement stuff. He went on vacation, and forgot to inform his customers. [redacted].
Wally is a very sweet, kind and extremely handy and gifted man with his renovations. Without Wally, Rick would definitely be out of business. I would definitely hire Wally on his own, as he is the real deal here.
In the end, Rick did knock about $150 off our final bill, because he knew he did a lousy job in his end of the deal. After the job, we had to go out and buy the light fixtures, towel bars and toilet roll holder. All added expense to us that we didn't expect. I would definitely not recommend this company for any renovations.
The last we heard from Rick was before Labour Day weekend and he said that he was going to order a part to stop the hand held shower head from going at the same time as the main shower head was running - totally wrong in our eyes as you are using way too much water when it's unnecessary. Rick said the part would take 3 weeks to get in and now we are at 6 weeks. Guarantee we won't hear from him.
