Cavanaughs Pest Control

Review: On 6/12/13 [redacted]. cell #[redacted] gave us an estimate as an exterminator, to remove dead raccoons. Although the smell, fllies and maggots were in our chimney, he insisted that the problem was in our attic and that all the insulation needed to removed for a cost of $2,500 plus an extra cost for the dumpster. My husband is disabled and could not go up the pull down attic stairs. This man said that the insulation was all dug up throughout the attic and they would find the dead raccoons when they removed the insulation. When I came home, I went up in the attic, found nothing disturbed except where a vent had been installed when we had our bathrooms updated. Since, we had another exterminator who removed 4 dead raccoons from our chimney. We feel that this is dishonest and the public needs to be protected from contractors like Cavanaugh's Termite and Pest ServiceDesired Settlement: Would like a report registered citing unethical practice.
