I think *** did a nice job of time lining my time at her houseI don't dispute any of that seems about rightshe had her adjuster there trying to get the rest of the roof replaced. we did have some cosmetic issues with the shingles from my guys walking on the roof when the shingles
where hotI returned as soon as I could on a Saturdayjune 17thI worked a hour and fifteen minutes and replaced the old pipe jack with a new one. we returned on june 19th with temps approaching that day we worked until the shingles started getting soft and had to get off themwe came back the following day june 20thI cant attest to talking to a friend for minutes but it could of happenedwe worked until it was too hot to be on the roof for fear of damaging more shinglesit was also close to degress that day. when we left I informed *** that I had a couple shingles left and that we would give the roof a few days to tab down before I come backthat way I can check the roof for loose shingles , if there is any, and get everything done in one more tripshe sent me some pictures on june 27th of damaged shingles, I didn't know why so I asked if they blew offshe said those are the shingles you left to repair the roofI informed her that I noticed that when I left them and ill buy morei had been to her house times and she was getting tired of iti understand thati was trying to get done as the weather would allowi also had other jobs to get to so I was trying my bestthe last day we were there we trimmed the sides that were left long, replaced the last of the shingles and looked over the roofshe contacted my business insurance and they informed her that there was nothing in her complaint to coversounds like the only thing left is the bulges along the front gutterit will require a few nails to fix and would be happy to do it as I forgot the last time I was there

The lady complaining was rude to my oldest son while on her way that morning getting directions over the phone I happened to be standing next to him at the timeMyself and Kevin M*** did not let Sean M*** know of thisUpon her arrival at the dock she was rude to Sean and other customers
Sean told here this was not the trip for her because we would all be traveling together on a foot tour boat and there would be plus a crew of unless she could change her attitudeShe agreed we departed and we did see wildlife something our trip is all aboutFor us to get everyone a view we do turn the boat around it is slow and smoothShe did say she felt uneasy and my crew Kevin W*** did tell her the further back she sat in the boat the less that should bother her not to make her sit in the back but to make her more comfortableShe was never treated differently than anyone else or made to feel uncomfortable. While at *** *** she found a manager there to confront about their service, we have been doing business w/ *** *** for five years the crew does get a free meal that is usual when you bring them people a day during the busy seasonWe can tell you the service at *** *** is always good as is the food. We always do our best to make everyone's experience an enjoyable one in this case I wish Sean would have stuck to his fist decision to not let her go as she made it a bad experience for others on our boat. One couple did write us a note stating what they saw

I find it disgusting that Blue Water and two veterans are claiming I am lying and insaneBlue Water lied to me about a refund and patronized me when asked to express myselfI will not recommend them to anyoneI ask the veterans not to cry to the Phoenix ** *** *** or stir up controversy that wayI expected this lack of integrity from the Captain and his shipmate

[redacted] I too want nothing more to do with Mr C[redacted]. I found bad reviews which I should have paid attention to in the first place. A business is generally more professional (see attached FB message). And yes his wife sent me a "friend request" on facebook but I blocked her.

[redacted] May 25            70 59May 26            78 64May 27            81 64 May 30            94       73June 17            81 67June 19            97 78June 20            98 82June 28            88 75My Insurance stated the temperatures at the times they were working were not high enough to cause damage to shingles, and not “in the 100‘s" as Mr C[redacted] stated.I also have a small pile of shingles that was left at the side of my garage on 6/28/17 that in the heat have melded together, and the shingles along the gutter should have been replaced (I reminded him at least 2 times of this) and not just jimmy rigged “with a few nails”. My son will be fixing those. I was here at all times when work was being done, and as you can see from my timeline, the dates and times they were here. I never even spoke to Mr C[redacted] on the last date of June 28, except to inform him later after looking at the roof, that the front slope/gutter shingles still had not been replaced, but did not want him to “keep trying”. As he said, I was tired of it. Thats all I have to add. Thank you.
