Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] *** May 59May 64May May 73June 67June 78June 82June 75My Insurance stated the temperatures at the times they were working were not high enough to cause damage to shingles, and not “in the 100‘s" as Mr C [redacted] stated.I also have a small pile of shingles that was left at the side of my garage on 6/28/that in the heat have melded together, and the shingles along the gutter should have been replaced (I reminded him at least times of this) and not just jimmy rigged “with a few nails”My son will be fixing thoseI was here at all times when work was being done, and as you can see from my timeline, the dates and times they were hereI never even spoke to Mr C [redacted] on the last date of June 28, except to inform him later after looking at the roof, that the front slope/gutter shingles still had not been replaced, but did not want him to “keep trying”As he said, I was tired of itThats all I have to addThank you
