Response: On Saturday, July 23, I (*** ***) spoke on the phone to Mr*** at 11:a.mI explained to Mr*** that once I received his complaint, I immediately called the head of our security team, Mr*** *** into my office*** looked up the security team members that
worked on July 17th, the day that the problem occurredThe four members of the security team that worked that Sunday all had security uniforms on that consisted of a white shirt with a security patch on the arm and dark dress pantsNone of the vehicles that they drive fit the description of fancy, long black carThe descriptions of their vehicles are: A older small black Honda- Driven by a guard in his 50's, a silver Escape driven by a guard in his 20's, a Maroon Buick driven by a guard in his 50's and a gold truck driven by a guard in his 70'sEach of these vehicles driven also have magnetic Cave Hill Cemetery signs on both sides of the vehicle on the doorsIn my discussion with Mr***, I discussed with him that the older man that has been bothering him could possibly be a family member or someone that visits in the same sectionI did ask Mr*** to please report this man to our security team and to gather his license plate number if this ever happens againIn addition, I did encourage Mr*** to contact me directly in my office (*** *** or on my cell phone *** *** if he runs into any problems in the futureThank you, *** *** *** President and CEO Cave Hill Cemetery Company Baxter Avenue Louisville, KY
