** *** IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH, SHE HAD THE PHONE FOR OVER THREE MONTHS. ONCE SHE CAME IN AND ASKED ME HOW TO END A CALL ON THE PHONE I TOLD HER TO PRESS THE RED PICTURE TO END AND GREEN TO PLACE CALL. SHE CAMI IN AGAIN ON 8/SAID SHE COULD NOT WORK THE BUTTONS ON THE PHONE I SAID
CAN I SEE THE PHONE THEY ARE TRICKY SOMETIMES. SHE SCREAMED AT ME ALL THE WAY TO THE DOOR. SHE NEVER SAID PHONE WAS NOT WORKING OR IT WAS DEFECTIVE. SHE ALSO SCREAMED AT ME (STACEE H) SAID SHE HAS BEEN IN STORE THREE TIMES TO HAVE SOMEONE SHOW HER HOW TO WORK THE PHONE. I HAD AN EMPLOYEE IN HERE AND ONE CUTOMER THAT WILL PROVIDE TESTIMONY TO WHAT HAPPENED. WE HAVE ONLY HAD TO HAVE *** REPLACE TWO PHONES FOR CUSTOMERS WHOSE PHONES WERE DEFECTIVE ONE WAS NOT EVEN PURCHASED FROM US. WE STILL HAD *** SEND HIM A NEW PHONE FREE OF CHARGE. ** *** NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND EITHER. SHE HAD PHONE FOR A FEW MONTHS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A COPY OF HER RECEIPT, FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE DATE. I AM NOT REFUNDING HER MONEY, I WOULD GET HER PHONE REPLACED BY ***, AND IT TAKES 3-BUSINESS DAYS. I WILL NOT ADMIT TO SOMETHING I DID NOT SAY, I DID NOT SAY SHE IS NOT INTELLIGENT. SHE SCREAMED AT ME I'M NOT AN IT PICKED UP HER PHONE SCREAMED ALL THE WAY TO THE DOOR. SHE DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND. I AM INCLUDING A COPY OF OUR RETURN POLICY. TRACEPHONES ARE NOT-REFUNDABLE.
