She refused the offer multiple times. We came to a conclusion to prepare 42 meals at a 10% discount, 14 of them breakfast (oustide of our normal service) to ship the following week.I was immediately nervous about taking this business, as the client waffled on what they wanted at least 4 times during the initial sale. She wasn't sure on meal count, or what restrictions she wanted set. Ultimately she made the choice to have as many meals as possible shipped at once to get the shipping cost down.As soon as the call was over (11 pm Denver time) she called back and demanded we set her meals for free pickup in OH. I exlained that we have no pickup locations in Ohio.
