On August 20, Caveman Concrete removed the forms, stakes, and other material that were left at my home after they poured the patio

No satisfactory resolution was providedI would like a complete refund of my payment of $2,000.00, and I would like someone to remove the materials (form, stakes, bucket) that were left at my house. Regards,

I have been off work due to a back injuryI did speak to Mr*** time about this patioHe stated that one corner seemed low but the forms had not been removedI explained to him that no one had been working due to the rain and we would either put in a drain pipe or replace the
section as soon as the rain stopped and people were able to workHe agreed to us repairing the problem if a problem was found*** *** and *** *** poured the patio and would make the job % for himI will try to make contact and see if a solution can be made because we like to do good work for customersI haven't received any messages from him at either number so I assume he may be calling the wrong number. Next week seems to have better weather and hopefully this can be resolved. The price was for removal and replacementMr*** seemed very agreeable when I spoke with him there has just been so much rain. When I did speak with him he stated that one corner may of been low and the water was running thereI do not know if his dirt beside the patio may be sloping the wrong way and causing the problem*** *** said he checked it with a level and the patio had fall away from house

We had a problem with one of our finishers who has been terminated. We removed and replaced the patio as fast as we could the rain in May and July had us backed up I sent a man to gather up forms and extra concrete he reported that there was nothing there I assumed we had already picked upWe have not received any call from homeowner and have went back but he was not home and they did not see any concrete or formsAll he has to do is call and if something was left behind we will gladly return and get it
