I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** *** was not present, nor has he been informed correctly by his employees about the 'good faith' transaction that supposedly occurred. We would like a copy of the video that recorded our transaction, and the recording the next day of the transpired events the next morning. Mr*** the salesperson and I agreed the purchase price of the vehicle was $40,D.O. and was written on Mr***'s paperwork

Tell us why here...On 3/Mrs*** purchased a Ford F-for $43,The day she completed the purchase it was advertised for $46,onlineThe following day our the advertised price was dropped to $44,444.00. The system that sends our feeds recognized the purchase
and deleted it off the websiteMrs*** clearly purchased the truck lower that the lowered advertised price. On 3/28/the lender that approved her contract contacted us that Mrs. *** went to their lobby looking to void the contract with said compaints. The lender asssured us they would investigate the purchase contract, purchase order, extended service contract, Gap insurance contract, credtit application, title application, odometer statement, drivers lic./ auto insurance for any discrepancies and/or fraudulent activitieson 4/1/at 4:00pm the lender notified us the contract was valid and would be funded as agreed. After carefully reviewing all the facts and documents we clearly acted in good faith throughout the entire purchaseIf you have any further questions we are at your service.Regards,*** ***

I had planned on purchasing the maximum care through [redacted] to cover the vehicle for 7 years 100,000 miles. With 0 deductible. That would cancel out your warranty if it is only extending it by 1 year 10,000 miles. I drive about 18,000 miles a year based on my last vehicle and I planned on keeping this one for awhile. I have already purchased this exact same warranty for one of my other Fiats that was approaching expiration of the factory warranty. At the time I purchased this Fiat I already owned 2 Fiat 500's. Let me know if you are willing to offer this warranty.

We assure you that the repairs will be completed to your satisfaction. We are also prepared to offer you an extended warranty for the inconvenience that would cover your vehicle for 5 years or 60,000 miles. This warranty is an extension of the factory coverage that you currently have on you Fiat.

I have been inconvenience by this entire ordeal.

1. If I return the vehicle and accept a refund along with my trade, which I do not know the current condition of (depreciated value), I will need to do research to locate another Fiat lounge convertible and go through the process of purchasing another vehicle all over again. I spent days researching this vehicle and communicating with your sales people concerning this vehicle while I was on spring break. I can not take off time from work to go through that process again. Not to mention I have spent money on this vehicle.
2. If I allow you to repair the vehicle I will have a vehicle that is now worth less because of the damage it sustained. And I will not be able to view the repairs and approve of them unless you bring me the vehicle putting additional miles on it each time it travels back and forth to your dealership.
My trust in your word has been shattered so I do not feel the work can be done fair and impartial at your dealership.

Either option I pick I will be inconvenienced and out substantial amounts of money. What are you willing to offer me to compensate for this inconvenience?

First, I wanted to apologize for the concerns you have expressed with regards to your 2012 Fiat you purchased on 3/21/2014.  Because your complete satisfaction is my utmost concern, I wanted to offer to you the following options:

1.       We are prepared to offer you a full refund inclusive of tax, title and license fees and return to you your 2010 Toyota Camry trade in.
2.       We are prepared to pick up your vehicle in Houston and deliver to you a loaner Fiat Cabriolet 2012 or newer for your use while we address your concerns with regards to fit and finish of the vehicle.

If we are unable to repair the fit and finish of your Fiat to your satisfaction, we will certainly extend the return option to you as detailed in option #1 at that time.  Please know we will make every effort to minimize your inconvenience regardless of the option you choose.

Thank you for being our customer and please let me know how you would like to proceed at your earliest convenience.

I would never have purchased a vehicle that had been in an accident if it had been disclosed to me prior to purchasing the vehicle. It significantly reduces the value of the vehicle. Along with the repairs which are to include repainting the right front panel and right front side of the bumper and repositioning the right front panel to meet the door panel I am requesting a portion of the purchase price refunded to me. I am also requesting a loaner Fiat lounge convertible for use during the repairs. I want these repairs to be done by a local Fiat dealership here in Houston, TX.

Per our conversation, we will pick up your car and leave you a loaner vehicle (Fiat) while your vehicle is being repaired. From the time that we pick the vehicle up, it will be needed for 10 business days. The repairs to be done will be to repaint and re-align the right front fender. We will then deliver your vehicle back to you.
