We contracted Vitamix to make our liquid digestible vitamin that is sold in major retail stores - Target and WalMart. The Sales Manager started to manufacture our vitamin through their sister company, Cavendish. He wasn’t transparent about the move or his relationship with VitamixThey understood that thus product was already on the market and to match the color and flavor. Our batch of vitamins delivered in May 2019 had floating chumps and chunks of vitamins not properly dissolved or mixed. We received a lot of customer complaints and returns. We also lost customers. Cavendish refused to fix or refund. In July 2019 our batch of vitamins delivered to CURLS by Cavendish were green. Yet another unsightly vitamin that no one wanted to take. It was shipped to our retailers. We received backlash on social media, had a lot of complaints and returns and more lost customers. Again, no refund or support from Cavendish. I have filed a report against both companies.
