The window grid that broken was dropped off personally by Herb J*** At that time, there was no mention of the other window that was caulked improperly We will be more than happy to do this if the owner will let us schedule the work Also, at the time of drop off I spoke to Mr [redacted] about the clean up, and he assured me all was well We do not refund for clean up charges, there was some dust and a empty tube of caulking We don't feel $is justified for this Again, we strive to always do a great job for our customers Thank you, Herb J [redacted] - [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: He is lying as a man named Brent that told me he was a window repI had no idea he was the vice presidentHe gave me his cell phone which was ###-###-####I called him twice and left different voice mails and my calls were never returnedEverything I stated in my complaint is true as I am one that takes notes and documents thingsAfter being treated so rudely I no longer wish to do business with this company eitherHowever I would like my complaint to remain on the Revdex.com website so that others can be warned of the way I was treated Regards, [redacted] ***
I don't understand what he is sayingThe frame is intactThe window sits in the space and is kept in position with bracesWhat are other options that can be done? If they can take the glass out of the frame they glued in we will get resized at another place [redacted] s hardware said if we can get the frame off they can resize itThis is what the United Windows team said they were going to doWe are trying to call Herb to see if they can take the frame off
