This company is attempting to bill for work that was never completed. I sent them 4 repossession cases, which they never recovered any of them. It started with a file I sent them to help me with the seizure of a vehicle. I had been in contact with the debtor for last 6 months. I hired them to sieze the vehicle for me. With my conversation for with the debtor, he delivered me the vehicle with no assistance of Cavers Investigations. Two days later I received a bill for a repossession as well as other charges such as time and [redacted] search which I was fine with paying. I agreed to pay for half the bill to pay them for the service they did do. My discrepincy was that they also charged me for an actual repossession that did not occur and they did not have a part in. They refused to take half payment. They then sent me 3 other bills for accounts that I had sent them. They demanded payment for all accounts. They did minimal work on all of the accounts and still proceeded to bill full price for repossessions that they did not follow through with. My offer to them was to pay full price on the first bill they sent me and to drop the other 3 bills. This way they would be compensated for all of the accounts as there was minimal work done on all accounts. They denied payment. Desired SettlementI am looking for this company to drop 3 of the files that they are requesting payment for and I will pay full price for repossession for the account I had the debtor repossess.
