Cayuga Medical Center received the letter sent on 3/9/16 regarding the complaint received by the RevDex.com with ID [redacted] .The following resolution was made:The patient was issued a refund on 3/17/16 in the amount of $280, which is what remained after satisfying outstanding... liabilities. The patient agreed to the revised refund amount and to accept the refund via credit card.It Is our understanding that this matter is now resolved.Thank you,Rachelle [redacted] Director of Revenue Cycle [redacted]
