Cayuga Medical Center received the letter sent on 3/9/16 regarding the complaint received by the RevDex.com with ID [redacted] .The following resolution was made:The patient was issued a refund on 3/17/16 in the amount of $280, which is what remained after satisfying outstanding... liabilities.
