I have come to casadoras for aprox 15 years in Milford Ohio . Even through Covid I have been treated well until today. I placed a to go order for 2 steak fiestas and some shrimp plate my son wanted and order of beans about $54. The gal asked me to wait in my car outside again never been asked to leave so I said I have never been asked to wait in my car even through covid we waited until a young man asked me to leave I told him I was waiting for my food and was told I had to go outside to wait there was no line or crowding . This young man posed as a manager and embarrassed me in-front of my neighbors . He continued with telling me to leave after I paid for my food and waiting for my food. I have never ever been treated like this by your staff. I asked for my money back and gave him my receipt this so called manager threw $60 at me told me to leave shook his cell phone at me and told me that he was calling the police. No other staff or customers were there besides me and my son who asked for his district manager name, which seemed to upset this manager and continued telling me to leave and he was calling the police I turned leaving and asked why? But he was making a big dramatic show of calling the police. We left and found el ranchero who has my business going forward. I want to thank your manager because their food is better and they know how to treat paying customers.

I am sorry for the confusion, customers pay at the register, unless they give the payment to the directly to the server.  This was not done.  The server did not ask for payment simply because they were still drinking their pitcher of margaritas. If the customer would like to come in to get...
