Cazarin Painting & Home Repair

Repair work that was improperly done. Lack of service by company I contacted Cazarin Painting and Home Repair to to provide painting services for me. They painted my rental residence on the inside and outside. However, the property was recently inspected and the windows were found to be painted shut, rotten wood was not replaced before painting, and doors inside the residence were either painted poorly or not painted at all. I called Cazarin Painting on to come and fix the issues, but was told that I was "cheap" and failed to provide additionalmoney to fix the areas in need of repair during the time of service. When I talked to the owner and told him that of my concerns, He had no desire to make the situation right. The original agreement was to replace all of the rotten wood before they actually painted. What kind of painting company paints the windows shut? I found them to me extremely unprofessional in their reponse. I will never use them again for painting or any other job. I had to pay another contractor to replace the rotten wood, repaint and pry open the windows that were painted shut. I have now paid twice for a the same service and should be reimbursed.
