Review: I ordered three phials of perfume from the [redacted] company that was supposed to smell like a library. I opened one to smell it and it didn't really smell like books--I tried waiting and putting it on different surfaces, but the scent didn't improve. It gave me a headache. I waited until after Christmas and sent back two of the phials completely unopened and undamaged and asked them to please return the cost of the two perfume phials I didn't open (I did not ask for shipping, tax, or anything unreasonable). They contacted me and said that it was clearly stated on the website that they offer NO refunds, but I didn't see it posted anywhere. I asked them if they would return the phials, and they said I would have to pay for addtional shipping to return them! Really since the merchandise was completely sealed and returned to them in good faith, I think it's unfair to keep my $15 apiece (total $30) for something I couldn't use and now do not even have in my possession.Desired Settlement: I would just like my $30 returned to my debit card, and I will not buy anything from them again.
