I as a customer should nit have to chance the business owner? It should be the business owner contacting the customerAt this point it is my phone calls to the owners phone calls? After my reaching out for the phone call, we have a scheduled appointment for Monday, May 9th at 12:Will see if someone actually shows up and corrects the problem to my satisfaction? But not sure how this can be determined since the business purposely has waited till the winter and snow season is over? Will not be able to tell if I will still have snow enter my garage till next winter?
We went to the consumers house today and made one last adjustment to the door? We also pointed out that there is a good size chunk of concrete missing from the garage floor causing the issue
Response taken over the phone: We have tried to resolve this issue on occasions I been in contact with the consumer and have tried to find a time to accommodate her The problem has been, she is not available during business hours and needs us to make special arrangements to address the situation
