I purchased a shed locally and used CB Rentals for financing in May of My first payment was the first months payment along with a $deposit ($402.07)I paid on the shed for a year, on time, every month I had the opportunity to pay of the shed so I called them for a payoff amount I was given a price of $if I paid it by the 30th of April I sent a check on the 5th of AprilI thought all was well I received a phone call in the middle of May asking $120.37, I told the person on the phone that I had paid off the shed and wanted an explanation as to why I needed to pay moreI was told there was an account reconciliation and I still owed money I told them that this was unacceptable, I requested a payoff amount and I paid what I was toldOn June I received another letter with a payoff worksheet from their accounting software (***) which showed a balance due But I also noticed on their worksheet that my deposit was not listedI wrote them a letter
