I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got in my car that afternoon it was still telling me I needed an oil change. My fear is they never changed my oil. I contacted *** customer service and they contacted CB squared and told them to contact me. They have yet to do so and it's been almost a week. I think they won't call me back because they know they are guilty and don't want to deal with it.

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Marques B, and I am a District Manager for CB Squared Services, Inc. We own and operate 18 facilities throughout Virginia and Maryland. One of my responsibilities is to ensure we provide a fast, friendly and defect free service to all of our customers.
This letter is in response to case # ***, submitted by ***. We have contacted *** and reached a resolution regarding the service performed on October 17th, 2018. CBI has agreed to refund *** in the amount of $85.43. *** has thanked us for contacting him and acknowledging his issue, and we have since closed the case on our end.

Went to *** in ***. to have oil changed within a few days my heater wasn’t blowing hot after googling and calling dealer they said check coolant. When checking coolant I found the reservoir was empty. I put a gallon of anti freeze in my car which fixed the heat. My complaint is that they never checked my reservoir or they would of caught it. I do not have any leaks other than an oil leak now which I didn’t have prior to getting it changed and running my car almost a week not knowing the anti freeze was low. When I called I spoke to Dale he said he’d look into it and call back a week went by never got a response. Called back several times lastly spoke to Jacob again promisingl a call back again nothing. They wouldn’t check my cabin air filter claiming it was too difficult to get too. I’m not confident they checked everything in my car and very concerned that running my car that long on low antifreeze may have caused my valve covers to start leaking due to heat from motor or possible damage to motor. They refuse to call me back simply sratong we will look at our cameras and get back to you.

After addressing Mr.’s concerns, he has agreed to return to our *** location on April 19, 2018 to give us the opportunity to inspect his vehicle and address any other concerns he may have. At that time we will provide an additional warranty service card for the next service. Mr. has thanked us for contacting him and acknowledging his feedback and we have since closed the case.
